Lana Melts began in 2021 during the height of the pandemic, while founder Dr. Lana balanced demanding hospital shifts in Klang with late-night baking experiments at home. What started as a quiet creative escape slowly evolved into a pursuit to craft handcrafted brownies that felt richer, more balanced, and deeply satisfying in every bite.
The secret ingredient isn't just love-it's patience, rich belgian chocolate, and a touch of sea salt.

Double-Boiled Ritual
Chocolate is never rushed. We melt our cacao and butter using a gentle double-boiler method to preserve the volatile aroma compounds.
The Gentle Fold
We fold our flour by hand in small increments. This avoids over-developing gluten, ensuring that signature “fudge” consistency.
Resting & Maturing
Our brownies are rested before cutting. This extra time allows the texture to settle and the chocolate flavours to fully develop, creating a richer, more indulgent brownie experience.
